Pokemon Exceeded v8.3 is a fan-made ROM hack based on Pokémon FireRed, designed with custom systems like the Exceed mechanic, allowing stat boosts during battle. You encounter Pokémon from generations 1 through 8, including regional forms and Fakemon. The game includes modern elements like reusable TMs, Physical/Special split, updated move sets, and a Mega Evolution system. Fairy-type is present, and the AI has been improved for smarter battle behavior. You also get access to new items, abilities, and a Day/Night cycle. The overall structure of Gym battles, Elite Four, and post-game has been rebuilt for extended replay value.
